The time has come to sell my car. I love it to death and its absolutely perfect, but I'm going back to uni and we don't need two cars.

Its a 1982 flat front KE70, bright yellow, resprayed about six months ago.

The interior is beautiful, has one crack in the dash but otherwise perfect.

Its running a 5k engine that was built for club racing and hill climbs, and has driven less than 2000km since it was built.

The cost involved in building it was in excess of $8500, but i'll never get that back.

I will price it at $6000, which makes me cry.

It has a detailed build up log book with photographs of most engine parts and part numbers.

- +.020 thou. cast hypotec pistons
- king competition big end and main bearings
- 308' wade camshaft
- Precision solid lifters
- Roll master dual timing chain
- extended capacity sump with windage tray
- lightened flywheel
- Excedy sports clutch
- 3k bigport head with modified ports and bowls
- 38mm inlet valves and 31mm exhaust valves
- crow valve springs
- 12'' thermo fan
- bosch 'lectronic ignition
- match ported 4-1 headers
- match ported inlet mainfold
- twin 40mm dellotos
- comp unifilter
- tuned length ram tubes
- carter fuel pump
- 3/8'' fuel tank pick-ups
- lovells springs and monroe gt shocks
- 2.5'' zorst

Theres far more to the car - its got a leather saas steering wheel, professionally installed JVC head unit and 4 Cadence speakers,
23 litre aluminium secondary tank, fully reconditioned front brake upgrade with 3 deg neg camber, under bonnet battery killswitch, twin inline fuel filters,
a secondary inline coolant filter, all brand new front end (steering, braking, bushes, suspension), All new rear bushes, good yokohamas with 85% tread.

The car is an absolute weapon. Makes between 75 - 80kw at the rear wheels. Extended capacity sump and thermo fan means it never over heats.
Turns flat and sticks. Will continue to become more powerful over the next several thousand km as the head runs in.
The gearbox, engine, clutch, flywheel, suspension, brakes and tyres all have less than 2000km on them since full rebuild, replace or recondition.
Perfect car for getting into club racing- or drifting (would need a locker fitted obviously).

The car will be sold with a roadworthy and registration, unless specifically requested. It has NO RUST.
I will not be parting the car out.
I honestly can't give you all the detail about the car here. If there are any questions about anything, ask me here, PM me
or call me on 0420318141. I'm on the Gold Coast at Southport.
I have to go and cry myself to sleep now.

Pazz.

Its not every day your wife recognises how much you love your car and tells you to keep it, and suggests you buy new wheels as well.
So happily for me, but unfortunately for those who were interested in the car, it is now off the market.
I'm going for a drive.
