I think it's actually a production car, a radical sr9 or something? Uses 2 hayabusa engines fused together to make a 360hp v8 that revs to 10,000. They also make an sr8 with a turbo'd hayabusa engine.
Oh, and you can road reg them in some countries.

It Sort of looks like a radical, however the width of the front wheel cowlings suggest an Audi LeMans car.
