Sorry if this has beena sked many tims

but will xt130 lower control arms give the same amount of camber with ke70 struts as 86 struts, or do i have to get 86 struts for them to be of any use to me?

It will be the same.

You may want to use RA40adjuster tubes and tie rod ends too, to make the steering assembly an equal length.

Or AJPS ones.

standard tie rod ends have enough room for adjustment with xt130s. use ra40 tie rods if youll ever go more camber than the xt130s put out. ie sigma, rosejoint, cambertops etc.

also make sure you use your KE steering knuckles as the corona ones will not fit

Ive got RA40 ends/turnbuckle style adjuster tubes in use with XT130 lower control arms. There is only about 2mm of thread visible on the rack and ends at either end of the turnbuckle, which is a good guide about recentreing your rack because you can't physically put it out of centre. Also, it is very strong this way and should take anything you throw at it. If you go wider than standard with your control arms you will have less thread bound together than standard and make it a bit weaker setup. I'm not saying it will fail, it wont, but it probably depends on what you are doing with the car, as to how much extra strength you will want to give it.
