most of the time you have to have a Cams license, meaning you have to be a member of a Cams affiliated club.

so join a club, get your Cams license, wait for a club track day, then go to the track.

if you want Grip you will probably want to do Sprint days or hill climbs, you wont be racing against anyone else though! you need a special cams license for that, sprint days are timed events.

check these guys out

the only easy way is to go to winton for a "fun day", $30 all day, no cams, no cage, I dont even know if you need a liecence?

In Vic we are spoilt for choice when it comes to race tracks! Philip Island, Sandown, Calder, Winton, Haunted Hills... etc. Yep join a club, get your CAMS L2S license - then you can participate in club sprint days which are held all the time if you look around.
