Ideally you need to a tool like this
20578

This tool applies pressure the piston as it rotates back in ,from memory the caliperhas righthand threads

Or you could use a g clamp and some multigrips.

Just go to super cheap and get the brake caliper tool. It has 6 different fittings on it, and one of them its the AE86 rear caliper perfectly. Pretty sure they cost like $12.

Or you can use a g clamp, but for the price, the brake tool is a worthy investment

You cant use a G clamp very well, because you need to wind the piston in.
