Wondering if any has used/would even consider using these? Or is it more of a get what you pay for kinda thing.

At $810 for a set, where other places seem to start at that price for a pair?

cheap shit, on top of that there's no chance they'll fit in either front or rear of ae86, happy bidding

I believe the first pic is just an example. If you scroll down there are more examples....
This is an add for a service to make custom coilovers, which you can get pretty cheap (for 4 coilies) or customize them at your expense.
As for quality, well that a bit of a gamble, but not necessarily "cheap shit".

Don't think they would be completely cheap/shit.

$810 is the changeover price. If you don't have struts to supply the price is up in BC Gold territory. I'd go BC's.
