Okay let me start off by saying - this setup is AMAZING and there is NOTHING wrong with it - i just have the opportunity to do a different/rare engine conversion and i am going to do so. Dozens of fellow forum members can vouch for this motor/setup. I am MORE than happy to take potential buyers for a drive to show them the awesomeness - or make videos of the engine/driving for interstate buyers. I will not be selling ANY of the parts listed until the engine is spoken for.

7AGE 20V = $3800 - SOLD - cheaper if there are things on the list you don't need. And there are alot of things on the list haha.

Blacktop head (ported)
AE111 Throttles, with "hidden" throttle cable kit
Kelford Valve Springs
Kelford 194C Cams (~288 Degree)
T3 Adjustable exhaust cam gear - intake still has VVT!
NEW vvt sensor

AE111 Pistons (11:1 comp)
J-Works Forged Rods
Entire assembly balanced
ACL Bearings
ARP Head Studs
BAZDA lower timing gear

EVERY gasket replaced with OEM Toyota

Things included in the package, that can be removed for less $:::

J-Works 4kg Chromoly Flywheel
ARP Flywheel Bolts

Super-low (30mm) engine mounts

Garage Annex Water Relocation kit

Dizzy Blockoff Kit (CAS) - 1ZZFE Coilpacks (genuine toyota)

70mm trumpets

Alternator (RWD setup)

Reduction Starter Motor

Oil Cooler + Relocation kit

*This motor is only 2-3 thousand k's old. Compression is perfect across the board (low to mid 200's, depending on the tester - with little variation between cylinders). The motor doesn't leak a drop of oil, and is in PERFECT condition. I have not yet wired in an idle-control-valve, so it doesn't have a proper "cold start" - it didn't bother me though.

20V 4-1 "high-rise" headers - $500 - SOLD

*My engine has lower engine mounts, but is taller than 20V's because of the 7A bottom end - the header may come close to the firewall on other setups.

Adaptronic e420c + EASY plug and play loom = $900 - SOLD PENDING PAYMENT

*Tuned to suit the above motor.

J160 6-Speed conversion - to suit 4AGE/7AGE motors = $1500 - NOW ONLY $1000

Includes gearbox, custom bellhousing, crossmember, and a HD clutch to suit. Also speedo drive that will directly bolt into AE86 cable.

*Pressure plate might be defective, or slave needs longer pushrod. Gearbox makes some bearing noise (could be normal?), but has been perfect for the 6 months it's been in the car - i am sensitive to noise though haha. Lowered engine mounts/spaced crossmember or tunnel massaging might be required to fit this gearbox in your application.

*Also have a spare, unmodified J160 box = $500

You can contact me here, by PM, or on 0423 766 972. If i don't answer your call, i will get back to you :)

I worked out the measurements and a way to centre the input shaft - a local engineer did the final machining and welding :)

Motor is now sold :)

Sale fell through for the headers - so them, the ecu, and the gearbox conversion are still for sale. I am going overseas as of saturday week, so if you want this stuff you better act fast.

Gearbox conversion is now super cheap. Only $1000!

It is hard to make the gearbox fit, so i have priced it accordingly :)

And the spare gearbox is also still available for $500.

does the shifter hole need to be moved? how much massaging is needed for it to fit? build thread page reference with pics?

70XIN
27th February 2012, 10:19 AM
Yes it does. There's one picture in my build thread that shows how far - it's not from my car, but the exact same conversion in japan.

I refused to bash my tunnel, so i just used lower engine mounts and a 10mm subframe spacer. It might fit just with some hammering, but i don't know/care to find out haha :)
