Help people cannot PM me

Apparently when someone is trying to PM me, it says my inbox is full. But it is empty now and they still cannot PM me.

This issue is about a year old :)

Please get them to re-send the PM. It should work again now.

I don't know if it's related but I have significant delays in receiving notifications of pm's via email as of a few days ago. Delays are about 12hours to 24hours out. Not a major issue but something I thought was worth mentioning.

A recent forum upgrade introduced message queuing, but i've changed the batch size to something realistic now.

Bumping this because I'm not getting PM's people are sending me. Have had about 3 people try to PM me about my car and I haven't got one.
