Exhaust: rear muffler cut off replaced with straight pipe :D

Diff: was a locker untill it started eating axles

Suspension: compressed 4"all around,double sway bars in the rear
Wheels/Tyres: 2 ma60s and 2 scrap yard treasures
Interior: blue velour
Other Mods: Venetians for the stealth look
Stereo: second hand poineer sub amd and headunit and 6"

i am currently losing my license for 3 months so its the perfect opportunity to get the 1/2j in, im currently trying to find a half cut! if anyone could point me in the right direction to get a half cut it would be alot of help, thanks.
straight after the engines in i will go z32 brakes.
coilovers undecided which ones.
a quiet exhaust with a really loud wastegate
and a locker until i decide on a diff
one day i will get hayashi streets
and i will also fix the bad points of the car (bumpers, rear qaurter, and panel under the front bumper)

cressida <3 best bet is to look for a jzx90 cut :) u MIGHT find a jza70 cut which would be perfect for you but i doubt it

yeah that was what i thought at the start but then i have to do the sump conversions and find jzx81 mounts! i might be going down to NSW to get a 2j and r154 if all goes to plan :D dedication

what sump conversion??? 90 are front sump.... jza70 i think are rear sump though, 90 cut will be easy to find and u just switch the left engine mount to the right and vice versa and it will bolt in :) (to x8 anyway)

I never new that! Silly noob! And il still have to use different mounts unless I put the 83 kframe in !

the 83 x member should bolt up??? get s2 x member thats the one jz bolts to

it is the series 2 but i have to wield a washed/plate to where it bolts to the chassis because the x83 uses a bigger bolt! i just dont know if i want to stay 4 stud now or 5, il get more track and lock out of the x83 front end but i will lose abit of camber

u can keep all your x7 stuff and use x8 x member man, use x7 rack as they get more lock :) all your LCAs and stuff will bolt onto it..

So just put the x83 Lca, inner tie rod and tie rod end? But then I will still have
my shity mx73 steering knuckle ? Sorry for the confusion
