for the rack ends use a bigger hammer. alternatively, pic up any thick, slightly weighty car part from your hardparked r31 (cross member) and whack the living piss out of it.

I had the same problem with my tie rod ends and steering arms..
I ended up taking the rod ends off the rack, and the steering arms off the LCA and got them out of the car. Then set them it up in a vice, and with a thin strong bit of steel and a large hammer i was able to direct all the force into the tie rod to wack it out.

Alternatively, you could whack the shit out of it. But that will get you no where, no matter how hard you hit it..

link plus ecu with hand controller
nismo copy short shifter

4.1kg aloy fly wheel the std one is 8.5kg's
cushion button clutch
and just brand new everything e.g. clutch slave and junk like that
there's heaps of other stuff but yeah is getting wired up rite now and will be done and tuned in about 2 or 3 weeks then ill probably bring it on one of the monthly hill runs and make some commo drivers cry lol

sr20de havnt got heaps of power, they have heaps of torque tho, mitch in his onevia has to keep it at high rpm to keep wheel spin, tho being in a lighter car the torque would probs come in early and not need to rev so high

im not sure yet its only on a shit tune rite now so we put the limiter really low like 5800 or something but the guy that used to own the motor (good friend of mine) said his limiter was at 8000 and made power all the way there

i know 86's have that problem but not ke's, try new arm bushes but thats strange, my cars lower then yours and i dont get that problem, think there might be something else wrong too man, could be that your gearbox mount is to soft/broken
