GSL RallySport (www.gslrallysport.com) and Brakes Direct (www.brakesdirect.com.au) stocks the complete range of Queensland Friction Material (QFM) disc brake pads, from OEM and standard replacement, right through to the HPX and A1RM street, performance and track brake pads!

QFM Super X Brake Pads (www.brakesdirect.com.au)

Super X is the ideal disc brake pad to handle a wide range of driving conditions and is recommended for most passenger vehicles. Braking is made easy with great pedal feel even when the brakes are cold.

Other features of Super X that many drivers prefer is long wear life, low dust, low noise and that they are kind on the disc rotors resulting in low rotor wear. Temperature Range 0-470 degrees Celsius.

N Brake ECR Brake Pads (www.brakesdirect.com.au)

N Brake ECR is a general purpose semi-metallic disc brake pad that is suitable for a wide range of vehicle applications and driving conditions. ECR has low dust, long life and extended disc rotor wear.

Manufactured in Thailand, N Brake meets the extremely high quality performance measure of being, ISO9001:2008 and ISO TS16949:2009 certified. This ensures consistency in quality and performance.

QFM is proud to be the exclusive distributor of N Brake in Australia. Temperature Range 0-400 degrees Celsius.

QFM Taxi 69 Brake Pads (www.brakesdirect.com.au)

Taxi 69 is designed especially to meet the demands of taxi operations. When taxis are on the go they generate constant high temperature with very little chance to cool down. These conditions can often result in rapid wear of the brake pad and in some cases, loss of braking efficiency.

Taxi 69 can handle the constant high temperature conditions yet still provide responsive braking and pedal feel. Taxi operators enjoy the long life and low disc rotor wear and have made Taxi 69 one of the leading brands used by the industry. Temperature range 0-480 degrees Celsius.

QFM 4WD Brake Pads (www.brakesdirect.com.au)

4WD vehicles are often a lot heavier than the normal passenger vehicle, resulting in the demand on the brake pads being greater. QFM 4WD is able to handle the heat generated by the extra weight and still provide excellent pedal feel and responsive braking.

Standard brake pads in many 4WD applications will not measure up to the extra heat which can result in loss of braking efficiency. 4WD is not a dusty pad and is kind to the disc rotors.

It is the preferred brand fitted and recommended by many Brake Repair Specialists for 4WD vehicles. Temperature range 0-540 degrees Celsius.

QFM HPX Brake Pads (www.brakesdirect.com.au)

HPX is a heavy duty brake pad that is recommended for performance, passenger and trade vehicles. These vehicles can often generate high temperatures yet they still require a brake pad to handle normal, everyday conditions.

Excellent pedal feel combined with great stopping power hot or cold makes HPX the ideal brake pad for these vehicles. Other features of HPX that motorists enjoy are low dust, low disc rotor wear and quiet operation of the pads. Temperature range 0-550 degrees Celsius.

QFM A1RM Brake Pads (www.brakesdirect.com.au)

A1RM is a high performance street pad that is also suitable for light track and rally work. This pad is designed to meet the temperatures generated by heavy and prolonged braking applications. A1RM has very good cold effectiveness and pedal feel.

Due to the performance and frictional attributes of A1RM, some vehicles experience higher dust and wear rates than standard disc pads. This is the ideal pad for the enthusiast who wants to combine performance braking at the track with normal braking demands without having to change pads. Temperature range 0-780 degrees Celsius.

Don't take our word for it... here's what happy drivers have to say about the QFM HPX!

I just got back from a trip down the coast N.S.W did a 1000kms on the QFM HPX pads with the slotted rotors supplied from GSL and have to say zero dust. The car needed a wash not the rims for a change. I felt it brakes better than the stock pads. Also half the price of a stock set up and got slotted all round!

I have been running the HPX on the front of the convertible for a couple of months now. I have not noticed any dust and the difference to whatever pads were there before is that they perform near 100% from the very first application!

Got the pads put on today....freaking awesome man. I'll be highly recommending these to anyone who asks. The cold bite and the amount of speed it wipes off is just awesome!

Hi Glen

Im about to throw a set of st141 discs on to my AE86 and will need pads and probably rotors aswell, what can you offer me.

I hear escort pads might be the go, but i may have to shave alittle to fit them.

Hi Will,

I can supply the A1RM pads for $119 inc gst per set front or rear.

Shipping is free when you purchase two or more sets of pads on the same order, or $12 for one set. Or $15 for anything Express overnight.

The easiest way to order is credit card over the phone, 1300 884 836, or else PM me your full name, email address, delivery address (preferably a work or business address!!) and contact number and I can fire you through an quote with direct deposit details.

Also if you need brake fluid, the fluid that we use and recommend is the TRW RBF600 Dot 4 Racing Brake Fluid, which is $59 for a 1L bottle, and rated to 312 degrees dry. One bottle is usually enough for a full car flush.

If you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Regards Matt
