[BNE] 15 X 8 steelies unfinished

I dont have the time to finish these.

1 center is sitting in a rim, not welded. The other 3 centers are still in the original 5.5 rim. 2 have tyres but not the sizes you would use when the rims are done.

So you get 4 15 x 8 outher's and 4 center's

all centers have been removed from there original outers now, so its a matter off choosing your own offset and welding them up
