Yeh Marulan is a blast , great track , very tight --- low horsepower cars can hound much faster cars if they handle . Trouble is NOISE has become a real problem . I can not run my AE86 with Qauds any more as they blow the noise meter limit off the wall.

What a great day we had! Fucking ace weather!

Well, this was the moment of truth with my car (SR86). After literally rebuilding the car in a month, it was time to see how my efforts have paid off. WOWEE!!!! What a blast it was!
I was extremly happy with the cars drift capabilitys. An absolute dream to drive. I cant wait to get to know the car now :)

But, it was not that quick at the times/grip side of things. Car just wants to drift :P I am going to remove my rear sway bar for the next hillclimb. The car doesn't have one at the front, so having the one at the back will be making it even more tail happy..... I still was happy with a low 50...... Once I get a good feel for the car, I do believe it has 47's in it with some suspension tweaks....

And to be completly honest, I may have just been a bit to excited yesterday, to be in a new car being able to have wheelspin on demand (with ease) and the car running propley for the first time since I've owned it. It was naturally hard to resist :P

I only got a few pics from the day, mostly of Pauls awesome little Mighty Boy, who brought it to this round, while he is still doing the final touches to his AE86.....

JoJo, sway bars work at the opposite end that it is fitted to. If you pull the bar off the back it will understeer which may help balance it somewhat but it is probably not what you are looking for. Will have a chat to you about it when I head over later this week. maybe Thursday arvo if that works for you???
