*SOLD SOLD SOLD*

For Sale: 1984 JDM Panda AE86 Coupe Rolling Shell (Sunroof)

Frame Number: AE86-5049614

Compliance/Engineered: Nil
RWC/Registration: Nil

Kilometres: Dash reads 134,xxx so I assume that’s the same for the body.

Condition: Shell is straight and there is rust but I’ll let the pics do the talking. There is heat damage from where the exhaust runs after the firewall (inside cabin see pics) Also one of the steering rack's boot is 'burnt' (refer to my build thread for further pics)

It will go with everything pictured unless stated otherwise. Please read below.

There's NO front panels what so ever No front quarters/bar/bonnet. It did have a Trueno front but I gave that to a mate.

Shell will be sold without:
- The wheels it's currently on but will be replaced with 2 random space-savers and 2 steelies
- Mirrors/dori button/front bar brackets
- No dash/fuel lines/fuel tank/brake lines/engine/dash/headlight looms

Included in Sale:
- ADM acc/brake/clutch pedals/ADM booster/Clutch MS/ All in a box (not installed)
- Will come with 'S' series diff and standard front struts with King Springs front and back
- All glass/windscreens/tail lights
- Stock steerer
- Dash back loom (tail lights/wipers etc)
- Front sway/castor arms/ADM tail shaft but not installed

Also I will now supply a near complete dash/interior with it but it wont be installed, just in a box.

Wont be selling any bits and pieces until the new owner takes the shell and whatever spares he/she want's to take.

Other Comment's: I've used this purely for a donor car and now that I’m done with it I don't need it on my lawn any longer.

Also when I put the diff back in I did so just to get it rolling so the rear sway is not bolted up to the car. In saying that It was quickly put back together to get it rolling so I didn’t take too much care tightening every single nut and bolt if you know what I mean.

I don't mind sending interstate but would prefer locals but IF your genuine then we can work something out. I think I’ve provided enough pics but if you need more let me know.

Location: Western Suburbs Melbourne

Asking Price: $550 pretty firm on price

Just to confirm, is this Australian complied? And any structural damage aside from rust?

This shell is NOT Aussie COMPLIED so will need to be taken through compliance and then can be inspected by Vicroads as far as I know.

There is NO STRUCTURAL damage to chassis rails besides where jack/jack stands have been. Will take some more pics of rails later today.

In the 3rd pic on the strut tower, where it meets the rail, there is what looks like 'damage' or maybe it was a poor attempt at repairing a rust patch. Im not too sure.

Also I will now supply a near complete dash/interior with it but it wont be installed, just in a box. I'll get pics of said interior later today also.

Hey guys after getting more enquiries about the shell heres some additional info that I hope answers your questions.

As for rust/damage, where the strut towers meet the rails there is rust and you can see through to the other side. One side has been poorly repaired and it would be wise if you repair the repair.

Also the bonnet latch support is broken off at the bottom because rust has eaten through it.

Heres more shots on the rear wheel arches where again the rust has popped right through.

And pics of the rails and dash/interior (no seats) I can supply including an ADM dash cluster.
