Hey guys I'm a rollaclub member but I thought I might throw my RA23 up here as somebody might like it.

Basically long story short a few years back I picked up an RA23, great condition overall, probably one of the tidiest examples overall. I daily'd it for about a year and it had a little transformation and then I pulled it off the road to tidy up a few things. Two years later I had done nothing to it (as I went through several other cars) so I decided stuff it I'll spend a little money on it and drive it this summer.

1976 RA23 Celica
18R-C Auto! - I have two 18RG's and W50's waiting to go in her
5KG front coilovers - Standard struts shortened 2.5"
AW11 Rear shocks in the coilovers
5KG custom rear springs
Adjustable KYB rear shocks
14 x 7.5 +6 SSR MK2 fronts
14 x 8 -12 SSR MK2 rears
185/55R14 all round
GT front grille
Correct fender mirrors

Heres how it currently stands, it was its first drive in 2 years.

Hey guys through I would update this thread as Ive put some work back into my RA23 lately.

Been stripped right back and painted in original Toyota 352 Orange.

New front chin fitted.

Running 14x8 -12 all round with spacers on the back, currently having some 14x9.5 made for the rear.

Dropped the coils right down and dropped the rear also.

Current plans are original GT stripes and tiny and a touch more low in the rear.

This thing looked amazing at AJD, I wouldn't change a thing. Ride height looks perfect and it's so clean without any stripes. Have you painted the car since AJD? Surely not.

Nah hasn't been painted since then. Still needs a wet polish as there are a few patches of orange peel but just waiting on my busy painter.

Has been dropped probally 15mm since AJD.

Have always wanted the original GT stripes and if they don't work I can always peel them off right?

Very cool! Black GT stripes would be great. +1 for less poke and more low in rear

@ra28gt Hi mate, a while ago I found a link to a post of your ad for your old W114 Merc. I am curious about the style and modding potential of the engine/car.
Any chance you could share some pics of the old girl. Cheers!
