1978 KE55 Sedan with Bluetop 4AGE and 5 speed
4AGE was approved by RTA in 2007 while it was running
EMS engine management
New KYB rear shocks
Lowered Pedders springs
KMAC swaybars and bushes
I've had this rolla for about 6 months now, and I intended to make a project out of it. But I've soon learnt that these things take more time and money and motivation that I have left. So I need to sell this and get it off my driveway, the sooner the better.
There are also a few additional items, including a full set of ROH rims as pictured below (14's) and three extra black rims as pictured below (14's). The corolla is currently on 13's. Also a half cage that is bolt on that I have separately. Spare seals as well.
I'm more keen on just selling the whole thing in one hit, as I really have no use for any of the items.
The corolla has as of about a month ago:
- new oil filter
- new fuel filter
- new spark plugs
- oil and coolant change
- new spark plug leads
- fairly new pod filter that isn't attached (also have original air filter)
- new out of tank fuel pump.
THE CONS:
- Basically the battery is dead, and even when it is jump started, I can't seem to get it started anymore even with some ether. I am not too sure what the problem is but hey, I'm no mechanic. Maybe you guys will have a bit more luck than me. My guess is that it's a problem along the fuel line.
- It was last registered in 2003.
- There is a bit of rust in the engine bay, on the bonnet and at the rear panel of the car, but I do have a spare bonnet.
Basically I just want it gone for now, I'm only asking $1300 for it all.
