I'm having some real trouble with some rusty wheel bolts on a pair of volk mesh wheels. The nuts at the rear have very little depth for a socket and are starting to round.

Before I just let a wheel place handle it, any tips for these nuts & bolts? I've soaked them in cnc/wd40, tried yelling at them etc, but no dice.

Cheers

Best way is a ring spanner on the nut and rattle gun/impact driver on the bolt.
There is a better product then wd40 called free it. I found it better at freeing up rusted/seized things

Use 6-point sockets!

Get a 6mm in-hex bit (Trade Tools have some for about $5 each) and undo them from the bolt, not the nut. Get a mallet and tap the bit into the head of the bolt to make sure it fits down to the bottom and undo it that way. The nuts on the back of Volks are terrible to actually try and use to tighten or loosen.

6mm drill bit down the inside of the hex of the bolt. the heads will snap off. buy new bolts.

Cheers for all the suggestions, il try a 6mm hex bit first then will drill through if i have no luck, wasn't planning on reusing bolts anyway.

get a socket with an extension and belt the end with a hammer to loosen each one, After I did this i could undo them all with a 3/4 inch drive 12 sided.
