Okay, update time!
Bought myself a little sedan with a Bigport turbo and t50, all mounted up and running 5psi on standard ecu.
A set of AE86 Coilovers with Cusco camber tops, T3 Adjustable steering knuckles, RCA's and Rose Jointed rack ends.
A pair of sparco fixed back bucket seats.
A set of Rota Shakotans, 15x8 -+0 front and 15x9-10 rear
And 2 R31 3.9 diffs to swap over to leaf mounts and spool.
Going to look at a 4agze with a w58 and wolf 3D ecu to build up for more powers down the track.
Other than that, once wheels are on and suspension is sized up, body work begins :D

The build has begun!

So she came from very humble beginnings as a rustcluster..

but i was determined to make her pretty again. I started by removing all of the build up crud on her and gave her a basic coating of trusty aussie export primer

i had some fender mirriors from my previous project which i thought looked much better on a panelvan anyway..
http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/dcimages/1/7/4/0/1/540115.jpg (http://s841.photobucket.com/user/Jake_Decay/media/20140501_214528.jpg.html)

Then fitted my omp deep dish wheel and a spare tacho to see how many mangsperminute i was doing in the grumpy little 4k
http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/dcimages/1/7/4/0/1/540116.jpg (http://s841.photobucket.com/user/Jake_Decay/media/IMG_20140511_134609.jpg.html)

then whacked the quad headlights on it

got some sparco ultras
http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/dcimages/1/7/4/0/1/540118.jpg (http://s841.photobucket.com/user/Jake_Decay/media/20140724_214347.jpg.html)

And went and picked up this little pearla to help the heart transplant along..
http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/dcimages/1/7/4/0/1/540119.jpg (http://s841.photobucket.com/user/Jake_Decay/media/20140726_104059.jpg.html)

had some funky LED tail lights going on..
http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/dcimages/1/7/4/0/1/540120.jpg (http://s841.photobucket.com/user/Jake_Decay/media/20140805_200859.jpg.html)

so i started yanking motors and swapping crossmembers. also got some coilovers too!

I got 2 R31 skyline diffs and took them down to my good friend at Impossible Fabrication to get one shortened, changed to leaf mounts and threw a minispool in it too. also with some vs rear brake calipers bolted on.
Whilst on my trip, i picked up a 4AGZE with a fried ring in cyl 4. came with a T50, Wolf 3D ecu and all the essentials to boot!
http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/dcimages/1/7/4/0/1/540126.jpg (http://s841.photobucket.com/user/Jake_Decay/media/20140816_175938.jpg.html)

now to rebuild the 4AGZE and transfer the turbo gear off the white sedan and get it all in the panno!
next thing was to sort out a front bumper. so i hit up a mate of mine and scored a mint condition early ke55 front bumper!
http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/dcimages/1/7/4/0/1/540129.jpg (http://s841.photobucket.com/user/Jake_Decay/media/20140813_141453.jpg.html)

Now i need wheels, leaf springs reset and i get to strip down the car for body work and paint with my old man who is a panelbeater/spraypainter.
after that, i am rewiring the car from near scratch. Get some nice neat wire tucking happening, then interior trims/rooflining etc and im ready to throw her together! :)

What was the cost of the r31 conversion not including buying it just getting the mounts done? also awesome work!

thanks bro!
set me back around $500 to get the diff shortened, swapped to leaf mounts and minispool installed. Both diffs were $250, $80 for the minspool and everything else i picked up free haha

Thanks heaps dude! I Guess I just have to take both diffs in (s series and r31) and get the mounts swapped, or do they need the whole car?

Sorry man didn't see your comment!
you shouldn't have to take the car in. I just took the diffs. He made a jig off the standard diff to transfer onto the R31 housing.

Progress has been slow, but definitely happening. Custom aluminium intake and stainless turbo manifold have been made, aluminium surge tank and fuel cell have been made, radiator is mounted and hoses are almost done besides a custom water pump outlet pipe. In the midst of finishing off some turbo plumbing, fuel system and fuel cell mounting. Then moving onto some suspension work while I get some sensors and plugs organised for the wiring side of things. Here's a photo of how it looks now

That's the plan haha, you're selling yours now hey?

Changed direction with a few things again.
Rear end is going 4-Link conversion with a coilover setup
Front coilovers have a new HSD Sleeve kit
ECU is changing to an Adaptronic E420D
Have a Mazda FC front brake caliper kit
Going to make up a bolt in half cage
And being 4-Link I now have the room to run a dual outlet rear exhaust :P

Haha ouch man, that sucks. But you gotta do what you gotta do
Quick question, I have another panno daily and I want to convert to full rear windows. I see the rear side windows are the same as wagon rears, but not sure if the front pop outs are the same as 2dr sedan? How did you go about that?
