Hello newbie here.

i'm going to replace my AE86 standard aluminium pizza cutter 5Jx13 wheels with 15 inch Rota Grid Classic wheels.

will this size fit well on my AE86?

Wheel: Rota Grid Classic.
Size: 7Jx15.
Offset: 0.
Tyre: 195/55R15 or 205/50R15 (i need to choose one of this size because i need to follow j.a.t.m.a or etrto regulation).

other option size is 7x15 offset +20.

Thanks

Yes they will fit. 15x7 zero is good.
Either tyre size is ok aswell

Mine has 15x8 zero with rolled guards they fit well on the rear so you may not need to roll yours at all

Yeah 7" zero you won't really need to roll but it can depend on ride height.
Not trying to offend you but your car is really clean, it would be a shame to put some copy wheels on it.
