sooo, i was looking for oem side skirts and could not find any. i had seen these ones on ebay, from 175$ to 300$+ for the exact same skirts ( they must see what they can get away with, with pricing the same items for different prices) so i searched all online to see if anyone had tried these malaysian skirts.

turns out some canadian ae86 folk had tried them and they said they were decent. for 175$ i thought "fuk it, give them a go" also i checked out their feed back and same item had good feedback about them (and one not so good, i thought "good odds !")

welll. i was wrong, they are pretty bad haha.

on the floor they look really good, solid and smooth, serial number inside. i thought they would need minor modding.

so if anyone is looking at these, perhaps dont get them :D .

im going to have a small play, here and there and see if i can get them remotely close, but im thinking they will probably end up on my fridge or something/anything else.

dam i want some oem skirts ! they look the best.

to be continued.....

Yeah agreed with ben. They are plastic right? Easy to rework for a snug fit

I got the same ones and easy to fit man. Also make sure you order the rubber that goes on the edge closes to the car but they were not hard to fit at all

yeh they do look good, but arnt :) . they are glass.

you could make them fit snug, but would have to take alot of material out of some places and i think would destroy the borders of the skirt.

In your pictures, it looks to me like you have the skirts on the wrong way around.

thats what i thought, even tho they are marked L and R on the inside, i tried them the other way and they are still off by a fair bit.

but with them swapped (L on R, R on L) they kinda line up with the bottom of the door better, but still all over the place on the arches
