Drinking radiator fluid

Yo fellas,

I got my self a ke70 just for a run around with only 150,000kms engine runs fine starts up first go, but iv noticed it had no rad fluid so i filled it up now 2 days later its gone, checked the oil cap and its only really really faint signs of milkyness. What can i do is the headgasket gone??

it depends. no one on the internet can tell you if its warped or not.

nah dont bother with that just yet.

you can have a 4k head off in like 1hr, put a straight edge across it and see if its straight. then take it down to a machinist and get them to check it out, and if it is straight get them to give it a quick shim. $50 for a new head gasket and youll be back on the road. and then you KNOW that the head gasket and head is in good condition.

if you just replace the enigne you never know what you are buying.

you may also have a leak in the cooling system? but it does sound like BHG.

also 4k's are fair easy to work on.

mine was so bad no 3 cylinder was full of water...
