Motor is a 4age 20v Silver Top.
Complete with front drive auto gear box.
Am wanting to attach a AE71 T-50 in place of the auto.
Am going to need a flywheel, flywheel bolts, clutch plate and clutch pressure plate.
What else? I guess there will be some sort of sandwich plate between the auto gearbox and the block. does this stay? or does it need to be replaced with one specific for manuals?

You need a spigot bearing and plate as you mentioned. Manuals are indeed different to auto.
There are tabs/mounts? on each side of the motor that bolt to block and to gearbox, they are different from manual to auto on AE82 but not sure for 20v.

Oh. So the actual engine block casting might be different 20v Auto to Manual.
Uh oh.
Anyone know for sure?

The actual engine will be the same, auto or manual.
You need:
metal plate, manual 4A to T50.
8 4A-GE flywheel bolts (different to auto ones and 4A-C ones) 4A-C ones may work.
Flywheel, any 4A-GE one.
Clutch to suit flywheel 200mm or 212mm (can be from AE71, or AE92, AE102, or Echo? etc)
Spigot bearing, maybe a 6001 from memory, not sure.
block to gearbox stiffener brackets are recomended. From AE71 or AE86. 1 hole does not line up on the 20v.
Clutch fork and throwout bearing. New bearing comes in clutch kit (different to FWD one)
Clutch slave cylinder.
While your at it, replace the rear main seal.
Use a torque wrench on the flywheel bolts.
Clutch bolts don't have to be super tight. Just use the right bolts with the spring washers.
