    What?

    anyway update

OK some more work today.. Spent most of the day trying to make a protype air duct/rad shroud for production sale, but test car (Adams) had fog lights so we mucked around with that for so long. In the end we got in done. I think Adam was happy with it, but i wasnt haha. Before that though i was putting a 4age + t50 into a Dutsun 1200 Ute. Conversions are gay..

Anyway after that I bolted the new overflow bottle up.

The i started finishing off my handbrake. In my last post you could see i just extended and bent the handle using the stock stuff. But after putting the seat back in the car and mocking up my driving postion i felt that it was still in a bad spot of my uber long arms so i came up with this.. lol

After that was done i finished off the bias adjuster bracket and YES i even polished it. Looks so good though..

    Handbrake together.

Then i tried my new wheels on. Sick huh?

After that Adam helped me tighten up the cage and a few other things and we worked out how i was gonna run the charcoal canister and so on. The last bit of the fuel system puzzel!

The i decided i hadnt worked long enough and seeing as i want to have the brake lines done tomorrow so i can wack the interior (carpet) in the car i need to make the foot plate before that.
    So here it is.

Fitted to the floor. You will never see it again as the carpet will go over the top.

    Cockpit view

    New Nardi and T3 hub

    Pic of the Handbrake mounted.

And just in case any of you were worried.. yes it clears 2nd gear

I also decided that i hadnt quite used enough braided so i did this.

This is a pic to show you a before pick of the back of the car before i repaint it tomorrow.

I also got all the boost controller hoses hooked up plus the gauge so im happy with that. Worked for ages today as you can see by the time im posting this i got home 20mins ago and i'll get up and do it all over again tomorrow and again through the week only difference is at 7am i'll be in the city at work until i finish there at 3pm and go straight back to working on the Trueno.. Oh JOY!

    Plans for tomorrow.
    -paint boot
    -run brake lines
    -fit interior
-make door trims templates for FRP
-Paint front and rear bar and paint.
    -prep bonnet for paint.
    -run oil pressure line
-try get my dad to cut and buff it
Lets see if i can get that much done. LOL

Almost forgot to show you all my new transporter.. Well it was. Basically finished it, and my dad took it to a show on the back of his big transporter and it sold straight away. Lucky i bought another truck haha
