So today fitted the brake lines and the front brakes up. Also added some more heat to my car..

Putting these willwoods on i found they are exactly as bolt on as they come across, nothing to major they even list what you need to do in the instructions.

Like for one you need to grind down the stock caliper mount by a bees dick so that it will all come together nicely. As you can see in the below pic.. nothing to scary..

They also don't include spring washer or anything with the bolts that mount the adapter to the bracket so i had to send my brother up the road to get some spring washers and that turn out good, with out them the bolts came through and grined on the disk. Pic

And here are some comparisons of the stock and the willwoods.

    Cailpers: Willwoods are so light

    Rotors:

and here is a few pics all together.

As i said earlier all the brake lines were made out of tube steel brake line. Lines run into the bias adjuster and all, I'll get some pics tomorrow once the new carpet and interior goes in.

Only thing to finish on the brake system is the hydro hand brake system. Gotta have the caliper mount made and the lines made up then we are in business!

Tail shaft is in the shop being made and the electrican comes next week to finish it off, also ive been told the wheels will be on their way next week which is good, cause now i can finish the suspension set up and the bolt ons.

So she is nearly done, im excited.

how are the brakes with wheel clearance? do you have any ssr mk2's or similar that have little room for calipers? just asking to see if they have the same problem as the fc's do?
