Fap!!!
Great project mate and those times are very very good, the yokies are okay for the 1st race meet and have the same level of grip as most semis but after half a dozen heat cycles they get pretty hard and the green times wont be matched. Case in point Micheal Rooke who races a honda in Class A 0-1600cc, had tyres that had done close to 60 laps at Wakefield for practice, he was in the 1.42s, he put on fresh 48s on for the raceday and dropped 2 secs. If you want PB all the time new rubber is needed but most guys at Mallala give no fark for lap times just decent racing and most stretch their tyres, my last set I got 6 race meets out of, it made for some nice hangs out of clubhouse.
My brother is racing his ke20 in IPRA next weekend, if your out there come over for a chat
and if you need a engine, he may be selling this one
PS :get that on the track and start racing with us in Class A asap

probably not, the brother owns a business ( Cooper Auto Electrics Co, for all your auto electrical needs plug plug )
so he will be tied up with that. He hasn't changed anything on the car so no need really. There should be a RX7 out there that's round the low 20s, he may be good to chase or Rooke may have his civic out there.
Yeah we have 2 and they work a treat, buy a beacon but most times people have beacons already set up. We hardly ever use ours just pinch the signal off someone elses. It can be tricky if there is heaps of beacons on pitwall though
