    Default Brake booster!!!!

    hi,
i need need to replace my MC,
bought a JDM one along with a JDM booster.
i have managed to undo 3 of the bolts holding the booster on, but can't
manage to remove the 4th which is up in the top left corner.
do i need to remove the dash!? because i just put that back in and couldn't
be rooted taking it back out!!!!

    any advice would be appreciated.

also what should i use to loosen the brake lines off the MC?
as they are on as tight as a frog's water tight asshole.

    cheers

pour boiled water over the brake lines before trying to undo them if they are super tight.... works a treat...

The proper tool is a 10mm pipe spanner for the brake lines, but even they sometimes open up and slip around. This is why you have to hit the spanner, and sort of suprise the nut. Hopefully you will hear a crack and it comes loose. If you just lean on it gently and gradualy use all your force, you will probably round it off.

Well Im up to this stage as well and I cant manage to remove the booster at all.

Do I have to come from underneath the dash? If so how much of it needs to be removed?

all i used to undo the booster was a spanner? no you do not need to remove your dash. Make your life a hell of allot easier and spend 10 min to remove your seat, that way you can lie down and take your time. there is 4 nuts to remove, also a pin from the top of the brake pedal which just needs some long nose pliers. also a small tourch helps you to see everything that is going on. there is nothing worse than crap tools!! good ones make working on your car far more enjoyable
