wat do you guys do about getting the front part of the flare to stop hitting the wheel when you turn!! do you flare it out like mysh*tboxKE70 or just trim down the guard?

Adjust castor or cut it, I adjusted mine to make it clear but I think that gives your front end less grip??

on my ke i trimed the gaurd lip where the liner fastens to back to about 5mm so that i could dress it up better with hammer dollie [ could almost file finish ], also when you look under there it looks a bit more of a professianal job

Probably a stupid question but when you say you are running MAX castor, which way is considered + and - castor..?

I'm running 15 x 8 -0 offset 195/50's with xt130 lca's and I had to adjust the castor back so the rims would clear the front inner of the guard..

mysh*tboxke70: Why such big tyres? should run a 50 profile, then you could bring the front down another 30mm or so.

    Try a 195/50.

Stock ae86/ke70 castor rods should net you about +3.5 degrees.

It will rub, just get out the grinder and trim the front of the guard.
