ke70 ignition barrel

hey im replacing the ignition barel on a friends car to pass a blue slip but i cant seem to get the fucker off. does anyone know how to do it? i got the one out of my spare car by bashing the shit out of it but i dont wanna do that to his car haha

is there a proper way to do it?
