Donor Car turns up tomorrow. I'm excited. You should be too.

Teh XT130 Race car will be out to take names sooner rather than later.

if this were a sports team you would be retired, lacking match fitness and out of form.

I say 1 fish tank (with a small crack) an hour till you prove yourself.

Im sure you can pass tools to the head super technician Javal.

So, the donor car moved to its final resting place today. Pictures for the girls and boys.

Paint is fucked. Complete ST141 Disc Brake Rear End . 14x6 +4 Challengers with massive tyres.

Fucking absolutely pimping maroon velour interior.

Fully awesome million gauge dash cluster. Oil pressure gauge and Tacho both don't work.

The powerhouse. This particular one has a set of extractors backed by some kind of exhuast system, and has A/C. These are the only two things that will be retained.

This thing has some sort of shitty ford carby on it, which makes it doughy as fuck, the ignition timing is rather suspect. Not that it even matters.

Anyway, i'll start stripping this soon. The whole interior driveline from the gearbox back and some suspension componentry will be making the transition.

Oh Hai. The White Corona has migrated to the workshop safely. Let the de-bastardization of the XT130 begin.

    Hi racists,

Put in some work today, hard slog in the 42 degree heat in the non-airconditioned shed that is AJPS

    Lots of pictures this time.

    Here we go again...

Shop set up ready for the RT132 to roll in

As I left the XT130 last time - doing its best monster truck impression

Empty XT130 engine bay from last week. Huzzah.

    So, Lets get to it.

    Juan Piece Tailshaft, yo.

Gearbox took a bit of persuading to remove, nothing too tricky.

    LE BROKEN.

Unplugging this and that. 10 points to whoever can tell me what variety of weber that is.

SOME SMART CUNT DECIDED IT'D BE A GREAT IDEA TO MAKE AN EXHAUST SYSTEM WITH NO FLANGES. FUCK.

I actually forgot to take a photo of the car with no engine in it. But it's not in there anymore.

    Party time.
