    got a rough pricing? befor i decide to do it...get my hopes up then not have enough money? i can do the work my-self... so just parts

    therses someone on here selling struts, brakes, shocks... basically everything but springs and tops i think.. for $200?

    Thats very cheap, you wont find any cheaper than that.

    Id pay 300 for ae86 struts complete, they are getting rare now.

    whats a good short stroke shock for 86 struts that will keep a small spring captive
    running compressed 6kg ajps

    KYB Excel g is a good basic start, stiff enough for a 6kg but not an 8kg.

    Hey guys i am making coilovers and wanting to know of any insert that will fit in to my 45mm shorten strut housing... I cant find sizes on the ones i want.. My total length of my ae86 strut is 355mm now.

    I am after the body length on these to find one to suit + spacer
    Mr2 sw20 rears...
    ae92 people say fit but the insert looks different on kyb diagrams
    aw11 rear ?

    make it short stroke.
    but it pisses me off when people assume your hooning cos your car is loud, has bald tires, a roll cage, fresh bake and dinted bumpers!!

    Id like to know too, i have 45mm OD struts and need a short stroke insert.
    im guessing we will need a 38mm OD insert, its roughly 3mm thick tube for the strut.
