im a 3rd year mechanic at toyota i have 2 ae86's 1st my daily JDM import 4age bigport with a few little things like a full exhaust, bigger fuel pump and lines i run castrol 15w-40 in that it doesnt see the track but i do take it out drifting and ive had no problems with it, 2nd is a track car 4agze bigport out of a mr2 converted to turbo the motor has just been rebuilt with ross rings and 8.6:1 forged pistons that are 1 size up spool h beam rods, all ARP main cap bolts and head studs, cometic head gasket 272 cams valves are 8.6mm lift titianium retainers and all new springs etc i only got this 1 the other day though and it needs a tune because its only just been put together and still running the tune off the old stock motor. The guy i bought it off was a mechanic and has been racing cars for a while said he put Castrol edge 5w-30 in it.
