20v st head, kelford cams, big port job, jun cam gears

hey guys I have a 20v ST head work done by ABBOTS engineering on the goldcoast

JUN adjustable cam gears
big port work both in and ex
KELFORD cams form NZ bro
YAGER PERFORMANCE valves and heavy valve springs
ACL race series bearing
a set of ARP head studs (thats 2x 16v kits but you only use the long bolts)
GATES timing belt
and COMETIC steel head gasket
20v rwd water relocation kit
20v match ported 25mm thick alloy plenum flange (for making a new plenum)
20v exhaust flange

head has never been run everything is still brand new (its alltogether tho)

i havent had the engin running or any thing but there pretty good there just not as fancy looking as toda ones thats all i can say there still quality construction

what is duration and lift on cams please?
assuming the valves are not oversized? (as not mentioned)
and with these cams/gears is VVT still usable or negated?

Yeah I found but list 6 versions of 20V cams (and custom):

266 duration, 8.29 lift. Fast street cams
270/280 Duration, 8.72mm lift. Rally cams*
284 Duration, 9.35mm Lift. Mid lift Racing Cams
288 Duration, 10.00mm Lift. Racing Camshafts
300 Duration, 10.50mm Lift. Ultimate Racing Cams
268 Duration, 8.28mm Lift. 20 Valve 4A-GE stage one turbo cams.
