    Default Adaptronic issues

    Car: AE86
    Engine: 4age 100kw engine
Mods: Adaptronic with individual coil over plug setup, and new engine loom.

    Hey,

Ok got my tuner guy to fit a adaptronic to my sprinter, was running fine and everything was sweet did a couple of tuning runs etc.

Ok, after running for around a hour, car stalled on the dyno and doesnt start again. He's sent the ecu back to adaptronic and all that, gone over the loom like 50 times and it looks all good.

Theres 3 leds on the ecu, when you crank it it starts for a sec then stalls, all the leds flash when cranking.

    Anyone have any ideas?

Check it's getting the basics: fuel, spark and compression. And when you say "gone over the loom 50 times" do you mean you've looked at it, or you've measured voltages at injectors, coilpacks, ignitors, ECU, etc, etc? If you haven't it's worth doing the second.

Do adaptronic have diagnosis help, so you can plug a laptop in while it's cranking and see if all the signals look reasonable?

I'd take a data log and see if it's seeing an rpm signal for a start.

The adaptronic is pretty smart for an ecu, if your tuner knows what to look for it helps. Other wise read the manual and hook up a laptop.
