    Default Pauls 4AGTE Sprinter

Well I thought that it would be about time that I started a build thread on these forums. The basic run down is that I bought the car as a rolling shell, it came with a box of bits including a 4AGZE which I have since found out is buggered. What has happened so far on the build.

    Repray in Mazda Skyish Blue
    14 x 6 Mesh rims
Coil overs in the front with KYB's and 6kg springs
4.5kg in the rear with KYB
Currently running Corona discs but have RX-7 calipers that will go on once I get some 15's
4AGZE fitted with a Kelway high mount manifold and T25 turbo
    Running an Adaptronic Computer
    PWR intercooler
3" mandrel bent exhaust (probably too big)
    Excel radiator
    twin 12" themo's
    Upgraded Starion Brake master
T50 box with Exedy HD clutch
    T3 adjustable strut tops
    Cusco Strup brace

    Yet to do:
    Rebuild the engine
Get it tuned so that I can get some track time then probably upgrade the front brakes, and diff.

I hope that you enjoy the photos as there is going to be alot of them.

    Cheers
    Paul

Nope, I only got back from south america on Wed... I am probably going to pull the engine this weekend to give it a freshen up, rings and bearings and to try and find out why there is water in the oil. No luck with the ADR on the seat either. They only had test data for the Sprint and a couple of others so let me know what you want to do about it all.

    Cheers

Turns out the engine might be ok. Thought that I would just flush the engine with some old oil that I had from my other cars. It is still black which is a good sign, I am just going to do some more work to sort out the cooling system and then it should be right to go for a tune. Should be good.

    Cheers
    Paul
