a $50 18v drill with a socket extension will do that, thats what i'm currently using
If you are really worried about the torques then get this:
1" drive, 50cc petrol powered.
snapon 18v is king i use mine on everything 14v ones arent to bad heaps smaller but snapon in general = king tools well worth the money if your not a tight cunt
