So including postage and current exchange rate should be around the $300 mark with inclusion of a battery pack landed then purchase a charger local (I recommend a swallow advance or Nick's preferred option, because you can charge any battery type in the event you change to lipo's or lithium ion's)
You also get the choice of shell, including AE86 trueno shell.
With the current exchange rate, check out local options and availability of parts and support, then look across the board, you are pretty much guaranteed to save a few $$.

i highly recomend a lipo battery but if your new dont know much about them id say stick to nicd
