Nice work
My rivetted together piece of machinery. Thought I'd take some photo's after it's once-every-six-months wash...
It's GREAT for shopping!

Nice work
lol is that an intercooler?
so cooo, would be a wicked daily
Wider wheels + lower = winner
Those are just airflow diversion plates I made out of Al to force the air through the radiator instead of having it deflect sideways into the front bar. There's another one at the top of the radiator for the same purpose. I didn't realized how much they looked like intercooler end tanks until I put the front bar back on. Won't say no though... The silver is the original color of the A/C condenser that sits in fron of the radiator.
While going lower would help the aero/diffuser work better, the tires juuust scrape (due to profile, not width) when the suspension hits full compresison as it is (no passengers through the hills) so going lower wouldn't really work. I'm still trying to design a flat undertray and functional skirts for it.
Wheels are 6J with 205 tires, and I'm thinking of going to 225 tires sometime for more grip. There's no real point for me to get wider wheels since 225 with be the widest tire I can run in my fenders and they'll fit on the 6J wheel alright (wider wheels = more unsprung weight).

'scuse my noobness but wtf is it?
It's a '06 Mazda 2. My mom wanted a new car, so I offered her a little less than trade in price for it.
