Fucking need new valve stem seals... The only thing I didn't personally replace, had the engine builder/reco dismantle the head, clean etc and reassemble. The reassemble had to wait for the stem seals from the gasket kit but apparently he found some in the workshop and used those instead to get the head ready for pickup.
Oily smoke occasionally at start up, depending if the car is on flat ground or not it will blow a little when it isn't 100% level and some times taking off from the lights. It only seems to be cylinder #2, the spark plug is fucked! So much rage, everything I have done to the car/motor is fine it is just any other work that has been done by a "professional" that fucks out... Not a major issue really, just one that is annoying. So take the head off or not, who does it, who buys seals argh!

I forgot to mention where I bought the tyres. I rang a few shops and got the typical grunting that mechanics/tyre fitters etc and ended up call Jax at browns Plains. What I fucking legend, he said to hold on the phone for 30secs while he rang the supplier. Came back and quoted $112ea and because if was before 0930 they would be there that afternoon, beauty! I dropped the wheels of in the morning with the expectation of picking them up the next day, then told they will be done asap. Had to muck around and pick the gf up from work and then headed down around 1600 to pick them up, missed a call from Jax but received a txt soon after saying that they were ready!
The manager down there was an absolute legend. I could not recommend a better tyre shop, nothing was too hard and he delivered on his word, which is a nice change from the usual gorillas.
