    These are the new Jonny Rochester rack ends.


    Extra rack movement either side, for massive steering lock, while perfectly maintaining factory steering geometry. This eliminates slight bump steer that other extra-lock devices may cause.

    you machined a step into the ends yes? if so I have been thinking of doing this

    Yes I did. And obviously I think it's the best extra-lock method. I want to keep the total steering rod length long, not shorter. But if people thought I got these fully made at some factory, then I could sell them and make money!

    I agree I do think its the best option, I didn't look more into this because at the time I didnt have access to a proper lathe. I think I will look into this though because it will let me chose exactly how much I want.

    I think you should buy a pile of these brand new, machine them up and sell them. People dont care if you bought them from a shop and just threw them in your lathe, they just want it to work, I say go for it

    The hoon laws were written for Mark and his extra lock. Sunderland St. doesn't even have many corners.

    Sub-assembly: rear axle



    Mostly stock except for springs, shocks and panhard rod. But so many parts...

    Housing: from a kid on the forumz
    Axles: early model, Yahoo Auctions
    Disks: RDA slotted
    Wheel nuts: from 8 different cars I wrecked
    Axles seals: Toyota
    Brake calipers: some guy spamming for forumz
    Brake tubes: new from Toyota!
    Flex brake lines: braided
    Diff carrier: RA23 Celica
    Diff gasket: Genuine Toyota red silicon (didn't pay for it, had laying around)
    10 studs: TA22 Celica
    10 nuts: Porsche 911 cam covers
    Final gear: 43:10
    Springs: King KTRL-34/270 = 270LBS = 4.83kg/mm
    Shocks: Koni Sport (yellow) adjustable. To suit Starlet/Paseo.
    Control arms: standard. Bushes looked ok.
    Lateral rod: Cusco ball jointed. Not to be used outside of Japan.
    Rear stabilizer bar: 14mm (Have 13mm also)
    D brackets: new from Toyota
