nice work.
with the alternator on the exhaust side and raidator and intercooler up front . what are your plans on running the A/C ?
OK, well Ive been a bit busy with work/using my time off on the car, yaadaa yaaddaa, here are the significant changes...
Used the engine hoist once...
4age out *tick*
Went down to pick-a -part, found a bracket off an old HZ Holden ute and with a little help from my angle grinder made an extension for my aw11 alternator bracket:
*tick*
Used the engine hoist again!
4agze in *tick*
Connected heater hoses/remote thermostat...
*tick*
Started the loom, pretty much completely undone
then fitted the wires where I wanted them
Then 1/2 pulled it back out to wires
Then loomed it!
And installed the associated nonsense
the last thing I have done so far is chuck the extractors in to check clearance-es
Still have some things to tidy up with the loom, but I figure im probably not all that far away from starting the ol girl...

As for AC, you can't really see it in those pictures, but there is a factory AC bracket just below the alternator. Im not hooking it up at the moment for a couple of reasons, main one being I just want to have the car running for the track at this point and second I want to get the compressor seals replaced. I will be installing the condenser though as I simply cbfed pulling the radiator out again in a month or so to install it. As for clearance with the intercooler, the receiver dryer is tight, but I will clear it, as such the condenser is also going in to make sure I dont have to re-make the cooler pipe work.

gess that car is clean. that intercooler you bought you said it had 2.5inch pipes but on the link you put up it said there 3inches, did you ask for them to make the pipes smaller
Cheers again!
Narh the pipes are 3", that was Tom that said that, I'm just going to run reducer silicon hoses... not the most efficient way of doing things, but its certainly good enough.
PS your cooler bypass pipe looks crazy!
