have a look at a vf37 of a 06 sti, or even the rarer vf42 which is of 2.5l sti. I know it appears to be a small turbo, but fuck me they are efficient, come on really early, like 10 psi by 3000rpm on a 2l, and 18psi by 4200 on a ej20
They will easily make the power you want, and a bit more the 37 will run out at about 220kw so 330hp, and the 47 about 250kw.

The late model evo turbos are pretty good for nice early power that will last.
