could be s/c belt slip.....pretty common specially higher up in the rev range
are you sure its actually misfiring? could also be plugs foulded or just old
today i was driving home and thought a give the ae a kick in the guts and notice that the car was missing, no power in the higher revs. but at in the lower revs it seems fine. what could this be? the car seems to be getting fuel. i starting to think either it the leads which are only 2 years old or the coil pack?? the spark plugs are fine but i will change them on the weekend just to make sure. any one with a 4agze with coilpacks ever had the same prob. it a bigport 4agze with the factory coilpack and airflow meter. also is there any one in melb that knows alot about these motors?
just found the oxy sensor wire hanging out of the sensor
any one know the part number for the oxy sensor?
it a single wire sensor with yellow plug looks pretty factory
cheers jamie
