    Default How to remove window plastics

    hey guys i need to remove my window plastics but dont want to risk breaking them is there a way to do it with ease???

    front windscreen has a screw at the bottom and you slide out the rubber revealing 3 screws, should come off with no force with the screws gone. the top strip might be glued on, use a scraper/stanely. if if is clipped on you can pop it off the clips with a small screwdriver, there is 3 i think spaced along it. or if you get the sides off first you may be able to slide it off.

    doors have maybe 3 screws on the bottom one, the rest just pull off.

    rear quarters are all clipped on, start at a corner and clip them off with a small screwdriver. if you do one side the other side just falls out.

    back glass is a bitch. i started on the inside and with multiple flat heads started peeling the rubber until i could push the window out a bit and tuck the rubber into the outside, then moved along. go super slowly with this or you'll break shit.
