T-50 straight cut Gears?
Hey Guys
I have a T-50 sitting im my gaurage with a blown 2nd, i have never pulled a gear box apart before and know very little about them
How hard would it be to replace the gears with a custom straight cut set?
do the gears just press off the shafts or are they all one piece? (gear and shaft out of some piece of material).
i may have acces to the equipment for making gears and heat treating them.
i have driven one car with a straight cut box and absolutely fell in love with all that noise. would love the 86 to whine even more than it does now ha ha
what do you guys think?
