Yeah, tons of Fixies in melbs. Im repainting my old road frame this weekend, and converting to SS after the derailleur looks like a modern art interpretation.
SS is good, I live in the hills, so kinda need gears.
Limited gears is good, i have 9 on the DH bike and 4 on the 4X bike.... Wife has more gears on her pushie than all of mine put together.
