    Default Ryley's MA61s

    Ok

Here's the first, it's eaten a lot of monies and 5 years thus far. Is my road and track fun car. Mostly road though.

It used to be red, and poo, with the 7M motor... It's come a long way. I blew it's 4th headgasket at Sandown in 2008, and then rebuilt the engine with forgies and so on.

Just put custom coilovers in and currently installing a Haltech. Hoping to crack 600Nm at the engine on 16psi.

    RC Engineering 550cc injectors
K&N Airfilter with Cold air induction, custom downpipe
CT26E Turbo off Turbo A Supra, rebuilt and high-flowed
Full flow oil cooler with thermostat and relocated Oil Filter

    227rwkW and ~520Nm at engine

Approximate power after full rebuild and Haltech at 16psi - ???rwkW Damn thing eats tyres as is

    Suspension:
    KYB AGX adjustable shocks F & R
    Custom 7kg/mm coilovers F
    Custom AJPS 4.7kg/mm springs R
    Polyurethane Bushes throughout
    Whiteline Adjustable Front Swaybar

I've got about 400 pics of the thing throughout various stages too.

    When I first got it:

    Latest Shot:

So it sits lower than in the following photos (ie no coilovers)

And here's my other one. Got it for $100. Going to be my track car and let the black car have a rest from it.

Currently has 2JZGE, 2.5" sidepipe (easy over 100dB though lol), stripped interior, 2x Sparcos, killswitches etc. MX73 cressida lip, some stickers, 15x8" V4 Simmons, and gets good fuel economy.

I just put the black car's old suspension in it for the time being for marginally better handling (Kings springs and tokico shocks- not in any photos)

Plans are coilovers, ITBs, computer, extractors, cams, 8500rpm, big brakes, truetrac.... race stickers ALA Group A style. Gets club rego too... All of this once I've finished the Supercharged AMG project though.

    All together now:

    And a couple of videos:

Some serious love for these cars. Personally I'd style them a little different but oh my god they are nice.

    Thanks all!

Yeah I wanted the black car to look somewhat standard (with bigger wheels)... I have been tempted to give it some spastic offset 16"s and stretch the crap out of the tyres with uber camber and see what it looks like.

I'll get better pics of it with the new lowered suspension when I've got the haltech on there.

The white one was picked up from a dude while he was away- it wasn't going, his wife had enough, i rocked up, got it going, gave her monies and she said take it. I'm going to base it's styling on the old 1980s bathurst machines, as that style of racing is a lost art imho.
