I don't know, not really. But I'm not saying anything right now just incase i doesn't happen.
Plus i don't want to be solely responsable for the brain meltdown of 95% of people on here if it doesn't go in.

    Cheers bud!

Ok, it been 8 months and my car has been waiting for KYP to quieten down to begin work on it.
Firstly, I'll say that the motor originally planned for the car by KYP was a EVO 6 motor.
Basically Ben wanted to try something different, but after some thought it was decided that it was never going to be easy/cheap finding replacement parts (mainly gearbox's).

So now we are going for the trusty SR conversion.
I would like to see around 250hp at the wheels which should make for a reliable, cheap to set up, and cheapish on tires package. And should be more than enough to link Barbs.

Here are a few pics of some work.

Gearbox Tunnel cutout to fit sr/rb box. Not sure which is going in yet.

    All welded up.

    SR mounts tacked in place.

I'm in the process of finding gauges and ordering an Earls oil cooler.

Hopefully thing start to move with this because the seasons starts soon.

The taillight convo turned out sweet! I always wondered how much work was involved, but kouki Trueno 2-door redlines are well worth the effort!
Saw these where they obviously went the easy route by chopping off the reverse lights

dont feel to bad bugs and flys are attracted to the sweet smell of paint & thinners.
at work in summer when the flys get bad. we leave out a few containers of thinners, so the flys get stuck in them instead of our paint work. nothing worse then trying to buff out clear angles.
