hes a metal polisher, not a spray painter.
the wheels will be fine with a wipe down with a rag if you leave them for a few weeks without a wash.

he does machining. he has to to remove the gutter rash
yeah mainly mean as in fixing large buckles and possibly widening with new barrells
so his the man to see if u want ur stuffed up gutter rushed need new paint+clear job on the rims done??....or like you said, he just polish them?..
