A few people have been asking about my car lately so I thought I would post up a run down of my Pannel Van on the new forum.
Specifications:
The Body:
1982 Toyota Corolla KE70 Pannel Van.
Weds "Auto Bahn" 14x6.5 (+5.5) & 7 (-1).
Tinted windows.
Plenty of rust.
The Engine:
4AGE Bigport.
JDM RWD intake manifold.
Loom modifyed by Nathan (sprinter86 on the forum).
AE71 radiator with big Camry thermo fan.
TRD copy extractors.
Suspension:
Complete S13 Silvia front end.
S13 Silvia LCA's.
Cusco 8kg/mm Coilovers from S13.
T3 AE86 Camber tops.
Strut brace.
Completely custom rear leafs made by Hitek suspension in Lilydale (Low and stiff).
Driveline:
T50 gearbox.
T series diff from Celica (converted to leaf sprung).
AE86 Rear sway bar.
Locker.

Yeah, it gets slid. Before it was lowered it was a bit shit, lots of axle tramp and body roll. When I added the sway bar it reduced body roll to a reasonable point. I hav'nt had a chance to slide it properly with it lowered, but just doind the odd neighbourhood slide it feels much better, almost no tramp and no roll.
Ill add a panhard soon too, but its going to take a bit of work. Eventually it will be converted to shock and spring, haha.
