drill holes in the side pokets. That will solve your bathtub problems

You will need a welder to fix the boot seal rust properly. Or just bog and sand yearly

Depending on how much you want to get your hands dirty, get stuck into it yourself. You can ususually find information on rust removal and body repairs at most auto paint shops or supercheap, repco etc.

Basically get stuck into it with a grinding disk or some course sandpaper, get all the rust out of it... if you have to use rust convertor... but i dont rate that stuff, so its up to you.
If it comes down to it, and the rust is that bad... you might have to get a cut out of another ke70 and weld that in to your spots...
Or if you wanna be a bit dodgy just try and use some fibreglass filler and if you have to some fibreglass sheeting to build it back to its former shape.

Thats just a basic run down on what you can do, its all experience... and with something like a ke70 your better off doing it yourself and giving it a try than paying someone a couple of hundred bucks to fix it for you.

yeah join the club, mine is held together by dodgy fibreglass strips and it is so bad both corners have almost rusted away to nothing. to be honest, im not going to bother fixing any of it, but thats just because i started with a rust-bucket of a shell to begin with....

Ok, i personally have no experience with a welder, except for school, which was 4 years ago, but i have tried fibre glassing it.. asoon as preasure is put on it.. crack.. i'll have to take photos so you guys can understand but my car isn't here atm, i think my only option is just getting a rear end out of another keto, question is finding one that i can rip the rear end off and yeah, tbh, My car is completely rust free except for that one area, and it's fucked :[

You call that dodgy? The whole boot surround on mine is made of chopped up icecream containers with lashings of silicone and bog!

All done by a previous owner mind you. I'd never bother fixing it - rust is free weight reduction.

i have two balls on the back of my boot as stated by another member.
but it pisses me off when people assume your hooning cos your car is loud, has bald tires, a roll cage, fresh bake and dinted bumpers!!
Or driving in a wolf pack.

use more that 1 layer of fibreglass???? buy some 400gram chop sheeting and put like 6 layers on and plenty of resin. Then it wont brake...
